A well-organized team player with the ability to think creatively, I posses over 12+ years’ experience in digital banking channels and mobile financial service operations, including card systems, internet and mobile banking. I am a data analytics and cyber security enthusiast, with willingness to further deep-dive into data analytics.

I hold a BSc in Banking and Finance (Zenith University) and an MBA (Finance and Risk Management) from the Netherlands Business School. I am currently pursuing a Data Science & Machine Learning Programme with Great Learning, in collaboration with MIT, and also a Cyber Security qualification with ImproTech Ghana.

  • Supervise and manage all accounts of the departments including, reviewing, monitoring, reconciling, resolving and reporting on items at risk (Mobile Apps and Cards)
  • Responsible for revenue reporting, tracking and resolution of revenue leakages in the digital baking space
  • Provided operational support for the realization of revenues targets from cards and digital channels - fees, commissions, and interest
  • Responsible for operationalization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation & dispute resolution of electronic banking transactions between the Bank and the Various payment schemes, including - Union Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Ecobank Group switch, Ghana instant pay, Mobile money transactions (ATM & Goods Purchases), GH-link, InstantPay, Biometric Cards (e-zwitch, etc)
  • Support and assist consumer banking in implementation of Ecobank Consumer Mobile App, Ecobank Rapid Transfer App, Agency Banking System, etc
  • Support and lead knowledge transfers and implementation of digital payment operations across the group.

  • Duties included managing dispute and chargebacks on all visa card transactions, review and approval of uncompleted / terminated transactions for reversal, investigating suspicious and erroneous transactions, review and reversal of fraudulent transactions, settlement and reconciliation of all card transactions, and generating periodic report for submission to management and internal audit Team.

  • Joined Ecobank Ghana Limited's card operations department in 2007 and was assigned to carry out system maintenance of ATMs and reconciliation
  • Subsequently, moved into more report-based roles where involved with detecting, investigating and correcting errors and fraudulent transactions on ATM terminals
  • Duties included daily maintenance of ATM, monitoring status of all ATMs and attending to customer complaints, reconciling daily visa transactions, preparing and reconciling transaction reports for local ATM and VISA international transactions, settlements of local ATM and VISA transactions against reports generated, and training new recruits.
