- Performed molecular techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, total nucleic acid extraction, and polymerase chain reactions, Taq PCR using the QuantStudio.And i performed confirmatory tests on this methods using processes such as agarose gel electrophoresis, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. All done with standard operating procedures.
- Performed ELISA assays to detect positive samples of Rotavirus in stool samples.

Final year Research Thesis

- Thesis title: "Assessing the frequency of crises among different sickle genotypes in Legon Hospital, Accra"
- The research inquiry involved reading literature to know the reasons why different sickle cell genotypes had crises than the others and factors that contributed to it
- The research also involved me collecting data from patients at the Legon hospital in Accra which was my study site through explorative questionnaire means
- I concluded the project by comparing the reality on ground with existing literature and also recommending possible pain management procedures
