- Identify specific maintenance anomalies on all TotalEnergies sites and draw up action plans to rectify them
- Generate Work Orders for maintenance works on TotalEnergies sites
- Undertake Risks Assessments for all works to be carried out on TotalEnergies sites in relation to Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
- Assist the HSE Officer to ensure the enforcement of all Health, Safety and Environment rules, regulations, and standards in tandem with TotalEnergies Group and Affiliate HSEQ Policy and Quality Charter, ISO 14001:2015, One MAESTRO requirements, Factories, Offices and Shops Act, Project, and field audit reports
- Provide support in all HSEQ training, certification and record keeping
- Ensure all contractors have the required training and certification on relevant HSE issues before and during all maintenance and project works
- Ensure the reporting of all near misses, unsafe conditions and acts, incidence on all TotalEnergies sites is reported and all evaluations are documented and implemented
- Assist in the implementation of the TotalEnergies Group Inspection and Certification of Contractors (ICC) program
- Responsible for the Technical Evaluation of all contracts to be awarded to TotalEnergies suppliers
- Responsible for creating Bill of Quantities covering all maintenance works for Tender
- Responsible for creating maintenance contract documents for Tender
- Responsible for the creation of Purchase Orders for TotalEnergies suppliers and follow up on their payments
- Supervision of all engineering works to be undertaken on TotalEnergies sites
- Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and machinery at all Fuel Service Stations and consumer Sites
- Ensure periodic calibration and pressure tests are carried out for all Fuel Tanks
- Ensure all statutory permits (EPA, NPA, and Fire Certificate etc.) are available and valid
- Ensure all Fuel Service Stations and Consumer Sites comply with both internal and external Safety and Petroleum regulations
- Organize periodic safety and First Aid training for staff of TotalEnergies Suppliers/contractors
- Organise monthly safety meetings and quarterly safety drills.
