  • Negotiate contracts with external suppliers to minimize costs to both the company and customers; I negotiate better and modernize terms and agreement for the firm for all contracts thereby reducing the risk that may pop up in contract execution for the firm
  • Conducting a regular make or buy decision; I conduct a regular make or buy analyses to decide the most cost-effective method for obtaining necessary materials
