Accomplishments

    As a result of my exceptional performance as a Relationship Officer in November 2022, I was appointed as a Relationship Manager of the Achimota SME Team.


    At the time I assumed the role as the Team Leader, the Team had a consolidated balance sheet of GHS2.3 Million as against the budget of 10 Million. The Team had a PBT target of GHS80,000 but was making losses.

    However by unrelenting intrinsic efforts to achieve results, strategic plans were put in place which made my Team achieve over 110% in PBT and to close the year with over GHS12 Million as the consolidated Balance Sheet volume.


    The aftereffect of the phenomenal performance in 2022, had a challenge thrown for us to achieve a PBT budget of 2.4 Million and a consolidated balance sheet of GHS19 Million in the year 2023.


    With my leadership, the Team achieved in 2023 a YTD PBT of GHS2.3 Million representing 96% and a consolidated balance sheet of GHS21Million representing 110%.


    In addition to the remarkable performance as stated above, accounts opening and POS deployment targets were met.


    Sequel to exceeding the targets year-on-year, the Bank commended my efforts and that of my Team.
