1. Three months after joining, I was tasked to create a Client
Service/Relations department to solve the high client
turnover during that period. The firm now boasts of a robust
and highly organised customer relationship team and has
achieved 100% client retention over the last two years.
2. Redesigned member portal and increased communication
channels to make customer service more accessible to
clients.
3. Helped redesign the visual brand elements of the company
including brochures, presentation templates, e-mail
signatures and social media posts.
4. Designed first official advert published in Ghana Free Zones
Board Magazine, 2019 issue.
Assisted Communications Advisor in developing and
implementing internal and external communication plans for
the Ministry and Minister. Designated speech writer for Minister
and Chief Director. Headed a 4-man team that organised and
coordinated the Minister's schedule and events, prepared
presentations and documents for cabinet meetings, facilitated
press coverage of all activities and coordinated other special
projects' teams.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Part of 4-man team which wrote and oversaw the
publication of the Ministry's first magazine and achievement
book.
2. Designed a 4-page newspaper infographic for special project
unit, Ghana National Household Registry, published on
29/03/2017 in Daily Graphic.
Helped analyse retail data gathered by market researchers and made presentations to clients based on information acquired.
