  • Take receipt of costumer deposits being cash or checques for processing.
  • Start the process of allowing customers to withdraw cash and cheques
  • Process every cheque that is sent out and scan it to ensure that the customer's account is credited
  • Handling mail-based transfers and payment requests for clients with indemnity agreements
  • Use Oracle Publisher with ACH to process local transfers and other payments for both businesses and individuals
  • At the conclusion of the day, reconcile physical cash with the system, count and package coins and currency, and give any extra or damaged cash to the Branch Service Head (BSH) for record-keeping
  • Determine the demands of the consumer, tell them of new goods and services, and point them in the direction of customer service representatives as necessary
  • Issuing of managers cheques to both walk in customers and account holders, updating of the managers cheque register daily against report sent by the clearing unit after liquidation
