Accomplishments

Facilitated the development of a workplace Gender and Sexual Harassment Policy as well as the review of the Workplace HIV Policy for the Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice.

Assisted in developing a Staff Welfare Policy for the Ministry and ensured its implementation and subsequently have been the Chairman for the Staff welfare Association of the Ministry since 2019.

Developed an allowance template for the use by Pupilage lawyers on a monthly bases to identify active officers at post which saves the Ministry some money.
