  • I work with country teams and partners to co-design country-level strategic outcomes and program roadmaps (proactively pursuing opportunities for innovation) aimed at enabling young people in entrepreneurship and other work opportunities
  • I oversee iterations and review of strategic outcomes, programs, and interventions for gender and safeguarding
  • I provide gender and safeguarding expertise to review proposals, shape diagnostics, strategic priorities / outcomes, and develop impactful interventions

  • I coordinated and promoted excellent relationship between the organisation and its funders; successfully coordinated the implementation of a project in fifteen (15) districts in the three Northern regions on “gender responsiveness in disaster risk reduction in Ghana” in collaboration with the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in 2011 – also made proposals for integrating gender perspectives in NADMO's disaster risk management plan
  • Led research in ‘accountability to women's rights in local government' – served as basis for evidence-based advocacy for upholding women's rights in MMDAs
  • Fundraised through the development of excellent proposals; secured funds for the organisation's work
  • Successfully coordinated various donor relations and developed new partnerships
  • Actively represented the organisation on relevant forums and spaces with decision makers, NGOs, think tanks, community groups among others and successfully secured sound partnership relationship with all partners of the organisation

  • 06/2011, Assisting Consultant, End Evaluation of the Initiative to Reduce Poverty among Women project by the Global Initiative on Rights and Development (GIRD), Findings and recommendations of the assignment implemented and led to a replication of the project in other communities such as Osu and Chorkor.
