I researched on the impact of flexible working adjustment on employee performance: A case study of GA West Municipal Hospital.

Flexible Working Adjustment is an approach of working that suit employees needs. For instance, working from home or at a satelite location. Whatever the form or nature organization takes, it is set up to achieve a certain set of goals and objectives. Therefore employees are the stakeholders whose greatest importance is to help work towards the achievement of the goals of the organization. With flexible working arrangement or strategies, employees are   pleased and  motivated to accomplish tasks on time which will improve efficiency and also minimize  absenteeism. The study had   a positive impact on employee mental health and moreover empowered   them to accomplish  a work life balance.
