  • Guidelines Development: Contributed to the development of the Guidelines for the Supply of Malaria Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits (mRDT) and Sulphadoxine Pyrimethamine (SP) to the Private Sector in Ghana in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and National Malaria Elimination Programme to improve the accessibility and distribution of malaria diagnostic and treatment tools in the private sector (Ministry of Health, 2022).
  • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Worked with the Ghana Health Service/National Malaria Elimination Programme and the Ministry of Health to develop a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for laboratory procedures, enhancing consistency and accuracy in diagnostic services (2019).
  • Laboratory Establishment: Played a key role in setting up the Taifa Polyclinic Laboratory by establishing the Chemistry Unit, Blood Banking Unit, and TB Microscopy Unit to enhance diagnostic capacity and improve patient care (2014).
  • Peer Review Award: As the Head of Quality Assurance at Taifa Polyclinic, played a pivotal role in the facility winning the Peer Reviews Award as the Best Polyclinic for three consecutive years by implementing robust quality assurance measures and enhancing patient care standards
