  • Marketed the banks electronic solutions and ensured end-to-end delivery to corporate clients such as MTN, Telecel Ghana, Goldfields Ghana, Abosso Goldfields, AirtelTigo), Airtel Ghana, Ghana Airports, Ghana Civil Aviation, Great Consolidated Diamonds, Mantrac, Moolman Mining, Infrastructure solutions, HTG Management Services, Eaton Towers, Bly Ghana, AEL Mining, Ghana Cocoa Board and Subsidiaries (SPU,CHED and Quality Control Company), Cocoa Marketing Company, Econet Media Ghana, Transroyal Ghana Limited, Cocoa Merchants, Armajaro, Boston Investment, Laurus Development, Mabani Seven, Oracle Technology, Atterbury Property Limited, Ghana Bauxite, Accra Mall Limited to mention a few.   • Led and managed direct integration for corporate clients such as MTN, AirtelTigo, Telecel Ghana, Goldfields, Abosso Goldfields, Helios Towers, ATC Ghana, Bunge, Oracle Technology, Mantrac, Olam Agri, Olam Cocoa Processing, Olam Food Ingredients, Cargill Kokoo and Cargill Ghana.


Mobile Money


  • Led and implemented Mobile money solution for Metropolitan Pensions, Met Life Insurance, Newmont Gold and Flour Mills of Ghana for payments and collections.


E-zwich


  • Implemented E-zwich for Olam Agric and Cargill Kokoo.


Physical Channels Implementation


  • Championed and assisted the implementation of an ATM machine for Asanko Gold at Manso Kran to service an estimated number of 2000 people at the mining site and Abosso Goldfields.
  • Implemented a cheque collection process for Telecel to ensure cheques collected are efficiently processed without any delays.
  • Championed and implemented cash delivery services, for MTN Ghana, Alcatel–Lucent, Olam Wheat Mill and Ghana Manganese.
  • Implemented electronic bank draft issuance solution for MTN and Alcatel –Lucent.

  • Championed and worked with Grey parrot to develop an API as an intermediary between BOL and icollect to digitize tax and customs transaction processing.

  • Worked with AirtelTigo to implement the Bank-In-Shop model to enable bank offsite tellers render mobile money services in the offices and shops of AirtelTigo.
  • Worked with Agile team and Vodafone on the Vodafone EFT and Push and Pull project.
  • Worked with in country IT and IC Securities technology to implement the digital collection platforms (USSD, Web Interface, Momo) and reporting platforms for the biggest IPO transaction for MTN Ghana in 2018.

Key achievements:

  • Implementation of electronic banking platform for Teletech Care Management a telecommunication company with staff in United States, South Africa and Philippines to pay over 400 staff monthly on the application. Stanbic held GHS 900,000 deposit in the account in January after this implementation.
  • Assisted clients on all post implementation query resolution. I worked closely with the team in providing a software(NITRO PDF) which could convert payment instruction from the Stanbic electronic banking platform into excel to make the processing of Tele Tech’s monthly salary processing easier for the processing officers.
  • Initiated the current fixed charges on Business Online as well as the discrimatory pricing for Goldfields Tarkwa, Abosso Goldfields and Moolman Mining and that generated an estimated revenue of GHS96, 000 in 2010 for Stanbic Bank.
  • Assisted the team on the implementation of Goldfields Tarkwa and Abosso Goldfields to make payments on Business Online which won the bank USD187m deposit
  • Championed and implemented MT940 (swift statements that can be uploaded on ERP systems) integration into Vodafone’s SAP system which won Stanbic the mandate to process an estimated number of 45 forex transactions in a month on Business Online.
  • Business Online implementation for Webb Fontaine Ghana, Millward Brown, Eaton towers which enabled them to efficiently transact with the bank.
  • Championed the implementation of SFI Authent for Liberty Blue to pay claims in Ghana with support from In –Country IT.
  • Worked closely with team to undertake and complete CDP and 2 Factor Authentication projects.
  • Customer Designated Person (CDP) and 2 factor Authentication strengthens security features on the electronic platform.
