    Currently , I am Vice Chair ITU study Group 3 Management team responsible for Economic and Policy related Issues on Telecom/ICT.


    I have championed full implementation of ECOWAS Free Roaming Initiative between Ghana and Cote D'Ivoire and expected to Implement the successes in 14 other West African countries.

International Telecommunication Union (ITU),

  • 12 years continuous active participation in programs /workshop and focal group’s activities at the International Telecommunications Union, Geneva and the Africa Region.
  • Currently the Vice Chair-ITU Study Group 3 Management Team & Rapporteur responsible, inter alia, for studying international telecommunication/ICT policy and economic issues and tariff and accounting matters (including costing principles and methodologies), with a view to informing the development of enabling regulatory models and frameworks.
  • Ongoing work item under my supervision as Rapporteur of Study Group 3(ITU) is expected to contribute to discussions on review of the International Telecommunication Regulations, and on the handling of policy issues in emerging markets.
