· Facilities Maintenance: General maintenance of all facilities.
· Managing Utilities: Telephone, Water, Electricity. (Installation and billing)

· Tenancy Agreements: Preparing in collaboration with Head of General Services and Company Secretary, Monitoring to ensure compliance.
· Inventory / Furnishing: Keeping inventory of all facilities; providing furniture for offices.
Operational activities, managing about 500 facilities. Some of these duties include:
· Allocation of facilities including shops retail units and offices.
· Collection of revenue including rents, common area maintenance and tenant services, washroom and the cold store.
· Marketing of the MMC’s products, including market research, promotions, branding, advertising and customer service and cold store.
· Public Relations including media relations, employee relations, information management, publications and printing.
· Supervision of other operational staff’s like the washroom attendant’s, cold store attendants and securities.
