A specialist Clinical Pharmacist with a wealth of experience in the Clinical Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy management, leading and directing holistic pharmacy operations, and a Clinical tutor and trainer, training interns the past 14 years with a drive for a blend of Clinical practice and academic training; haven identified the gaps between academic training and clinical practice, I seek to blend Clinical practice with academia in bridging the gap deploying my expertise in training up and coming clinicians to prepare them adequately for practice in improving the health outcomes of the population. To this end, I am pursuing a PhD to be able to blend Clinical Practice academia in training.
