    Accomplishments

      I was a top performer for the year 2022/2023 as a compliance officer and currently in the run to being a top performer for the year 2023/2024 in my current department (SEED)


      I served on the Planning Committee which successfully organized the 2023 SMS WEEK LAUNCH held in Sunyani, an event that was graced by Director General of SSNIT, Minister for Pensions, Bono Regional Minister, among other dignitaries. I handled the recruitment and organizing students for the SMS Float, recruitment, logistics and monitoring of cultural troop rehearsal and final performance and helped organized and distributed invitations to the various TUC groups and self-employed associations.


      I lobbied for free airtime in various Fm stations within the Branch's area of operation to help promote SEED on air where i partook in on-air SEED education and discussion in efforts to expand coverage through public education


      I took up the responsibility of performing a supervisory role by handling all administrative work in the SEED Unit; i coordinated all field activities, from organizing staff into groups for daily activities to ensuring that all logistics are available for field operations including arranging for transportation and refreshments for staff on the field where necessary. I also handled all reports and presentations for the unit as well as all other administrative duties.
