As the founding Impact Lead at Enroute54 Foundation, I am responsible for both the big picture and the day-to-day shaping of our strategic direction while actively delivering our mission on the ground. I design the Foundation’s programs, systems, and operational backbone from scratch, and continue to lead implementation, fundraising, MEL, and partnerships across education, gender, and WASH. My role combines executive leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that our work remains community-driven, measurable, and sustainable.

  • Lead the development of the Foundation’s Theory of Change, Strategic Plan, MEL framework, SOPs, and policies.
