excercise is an essential habit i adopt through dedication and consistence and that is what keeps me training without destruction,schedule workout for five days a week,three days of weight lifting,two days for cardio workout.
with the three day weight lifting consist of
1.shoulder workout
2.chest workout
3.arms (biceps and triceps) routine
4.back(lat)
5.legs (lower part of the body) etc
cardio workout consists of
1.mounting claim
2.pump squats .etc
all these exercise just to keep me fit,healthy and undergo me daily activities.
