- Put together local content development plans for different ITTs and RFQs worth over $400 million in total.
- Provided local content support across Angola, Uganda, Kenya, Mozambique, Ivory Coast, Senegal, and Namibia, in addition to Ghana.
- Maintained compliance with regulations to enhance relationships with government institutions and ministries.
- Ensure proactive engagement with stakeholders for the smooth running of operations.
- I drafted the Social Context analysis and Stakeholder Grievance Management plan for our upcoming Lokichar project in Kenya and the Tilings Project in Uganda, respectively.
- Develop strategies aimed at identifying and increasing the use of local goods and services, and the human resources of companies within the industry.
- Developed initiatives positioning Baker Hughes, Ghana, as the preferred service partner.
- Identified potential leads and opportunities to expand Digital Solutions in Ghana.
- Coordinated from Baker Hughes' end, the training of five Ghanaian stainless-steel welders in Canada is Baker Hughes' support for the Accelerated Oil & Gas Capacity (AOGC) Program.

- Previously in charge of the publication of a monthly bulletin for Baker Hughes Ghana called 'The Green Bulletin.'
