• Verifies that patients are taking all prescribed medicine and perform medications.
• Review Physicians orders for dialysis patients, collects pre-treatments dialysis data and reviews patient’s records prior to dialysis.
• Oversees disassembly and disinfection of dialysis equipment’s.
• Refers patients to other disciplines or services as needed (nutrition, social work etc.)
• Provides patients education/teaching applicable to patients medical condition and dialysis.
