POSITION: Field Coordinator (Research Officer).

- Trained and Supervised District Verbal Autopsy Coordinators to conduct Verbal Autopsy interviews of children under five years mortality in twenty-three districts in Bono, Ahafo and Bono East Regions.

- Trained Community Health Volunteers to record and report children under five years mortality

- Trained Community Health Officers (CHOs) and Community Health Nurses (CHNs) at Community Health Planning and Services (CHPS) Zones on Malaria Vaccine Pilot Evaluation activities and reporting of children under five years mortality.

- Made field visits to support and supervise the work of District Verbal Autopsy Coordinators, Community Health Officers Community Health Nurses and Community Health Volunteers.

- Attended weekly and monthly meetings of Project Team Members.

- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Regional Manager of The Project.

- Attended Annual Review Meetings.

- Carried out other assigned duties.

PROJECT: Kintampo Health and Demographic Surveillance System (KHDSS) - Kintampo Health Research Centre.

POSITION: Chief Field Supervisor (Kintampo Health Research Centre)

- Trained field staff for collection of data at Household level.

- Supported and supervised field staff in data collection.

- Checked completed data and submitted to Data Science Unit. -

- Liaised between the office and the field for the supply of logistics to the field.

- Arranged and distributed logistics to the field.

- Attended weekly and monthly meetings.

- Submitted weekly and monthly reports to Project Management Team.
