• Technical: Created and unlocked user accounts across 23 health facilities for patient management and troubleshooting any challenge with digital health platform.
• Field Operation: Supported onboarding process for new health facilities unto projects. Provided necessary logistics and consumables required to manage Diabetic and Hypertensive patients. Prepared monthly reports detailing operations activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Supported facility administration with required program performance report necessary to come up with plans to ensure continuous management of patients.
• Capacity Building: Trained and retrained over 200 health care providers to use digital health platform called SPICE
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Gathered, organised and modelled data to assist management in making key decisions. Evaluated KPI reporting and suggested potential corrective actions.

• Engaged in Phlebotomy, Hematology, Serology and Urinalysis at Lab
• Partook in community health screening of Yaws among 300 children
• Partook in COVID 19 vaccination registration and monitoring exercise organized by Health Directorate.
