• Operates and controls external process and utility facilities in safe and efficient manner to ensure continuous production of desalination water.
• Operate distributed control system (DCS) to coordinate and regulate prescribe schedules.
• Monitoring, controlling and recording of readings of running plant’s displayed parameters to avoid deviation.
• Perform plant isolation for maintenance works and start up to commence production.
• Supervise shift for successful and achievement of daily production and distribution targets.
• Coordinates maintenance, quality and production plans during shift period to meet departments production goals
• Train and coach production line employees to increase plant efficiency.
• Ensure efficiency in all activities at shift’s period
• Control of chemical usage and stock to reduce cost of production and meet production budget.
• Drafting and preparing of daily reports and related documents for safe records.
• Liaise with stakeholders such as Ghana Water Company Limited and Electricity Company of Ghana in ensuring that set targets are met as per terms of engagement.

• Maintenance and repairing of labeling machines to reduce production downtime.
• Testing and calibrating labeling machine parts and replacing them accordingly to enhance smooth operation.
• Undertaking preventive measures while operating labeling machines to avoid any casualties.
• Giving training lessons about technicalities and minor necessities on labeling machine to other employee to increase efficiency of labeling machines and avoiding any major crash downs.
• Takes reviews and work orders from labeling machine operators about total performance and drawbacks at production periods to address breakdowns during plan maintenance periods.
• Conducts field failure analysis of broken and defective components on labeling machine.
• Prepare maintenance reports on labeling machine breakdowns occurred and issues solved on labeling machine for maintenance manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by maintenance manager.

• Assisted in installation and maintenance of bottle labeling machine to be able perform minor repairs during production.
• Sets up and operates automatic bottle labeling machine to aid manufacturing process.
• Performs periodic checks on automatic bottle labeling machine and solve problems as detected to avoid production downtimes.
• Perform inspections with other employees to ensure labeling machine is in proper working order.
• Ensures quality machine’s capacity and capability by applying correct operating procedures to increase productivity.
• Observes and follows company safety rules and regulation to avoid casualties.
• Performs other duties assigned by shift supervisor.
