Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across multiple units, including Medical, Surgical, Pediatric, Emergency, Outpatient, and Neonatal Intensive Care settings. ‎

‎Currently deliver specialized care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), managing preterm and critically ill neonates requiring intensive monitoring and life-support interventions. ‎

‎Perform detailed patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly identify and respond to changes in patient conditions. ‎

‎Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.

‎ ‎Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. ‎

‎Provide emotional support and education to patients and families, ensuring understanding of diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions. ‎

‎Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation in compliance with clinical and legal standards.

Adhere strictly to infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement guidelines.
