With 21 years of experience in the Ghana Education Service (GES), currently at the rank of Assistant Director I, and an MPhil in Social Administration and also Master’s in Educational Administration and Management, I bring a unique blend of practical leadership, academic expertise, and organizational management to any professional environment. My extensive experience in education, coupled with a deep understanding of social administration, has honed my ability to manage complex systems, foster stakeholder collaboration, and drive organizational performance. Over the years, I have excelled in various roles that required strategic planning, policy implementation, team leadership, and performance monitoring. My background in social administration enables me to effectively analyze social systems, design interventions, and manage resources efficiently to achieve set goals. Whether it involves overseeing institutional programs, developing staff capacity, or implementing administrative reforms, I approach each task with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence.
