  • Monitored loan portfolio to enure deliquent accounts are immediately attended to and net figures closed.
  • NPL rates dropped drastically to about 2% when a strategic team made up of myself, manager and his secretary embarked on daily loan recoveries. We recouped over 40% of total loans defaulted over the years.
  • This resulted in the Sunyani main branch becoming the second best nationwide in increased loan portfolio and reduced non-performing loans. Recieved commendations from Head of Consumer Banking and Regional manager.
  • Balanced 2 on site and 2 offsite ATM machine General ledgers manually to ensure loaded cash at any point in time balanced with general ledger figures. This was after a huge balance was recorded on the branch's GL and area manager transferred me there to resolve the issue.
