• Smart IMCC, simo code technology maintenance, trouble shooting.
• Responsibility for Pyro , cement mill, packing plant section maintenance.(2200TPD, 4500TPD cement plant)
• Man power planning for preventive , break down , shut down maintenance, Spares planning and Procurement of spares, Inspection of Materials and Machinery
• Roller Press, Multi Vertical Roller (MVR) cement mills 150 tones /hr., respectively , maintenance at DIAMOND CEMENT LTD, roller press for ball mill cement grinding at WDCL- Ghana unit.
• Responsible for supervision of erection of 6.6kv slip ring induction motors (up to 4300kw) of , Crompton greaves make motors ,ABB, SIEMENS HT panels & LT Motors with various type of starters.
• Maintenances & Trouble shooting of LRS, GRR, Star/Delta starters, DOL, RDOL starters and HT panel wiring.
• Electrical Project works with cement plant HT , LT cable laying erection of cable trays, commissioning of 6.6kv , motor , transformer feeder panels,132kv outdoor SF6 CB erection
• Experience in DOL, RDOL, and Star/Delta starters control wirings and knowledge in Cable laying system and Earthing systems.
• Shift duty responsibilities and activities.
• Packing plant 8, 16spout packer, truck loader erection and trouble shooting of the wiring, maintenance.
• Operation, Maintenance and Trouble shooting of PCC, MCC’s, Smart MCC’s.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting 900kW, 1600kw, 6.6kV HT Slip ring Induction motors (BHEL) and its auxiliary equipment.
• HT Motor starter controls like GRR, LRS power and control wiring trouble shooting.
• 132KV&6.6kv Switch yard maintenance works, operation, economic load management
• 25/31MVA 132KV/11KV power transformer , 6.6kv HT Motors erection, commissioning and its operation
• 132kv , 6.6kv , 11kv SF6 and Vacuum Circuit breakers maintenance and operation
• Power transformers oil filtration works, oil leakage arresting works
• Short-circuit and fault calculations for circuit breakers.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) preparation.
• 6.6kV HT PCC panel erection and commissioning synchronization panel with cement plant(Kiln load ) HT panel
• Load management of cement plant load with WHRS (8MW), Statutory requirement preparation
• Maintaining good relations with Electricity Board officers
• Checking and verification of contractor's bills and Bill verification
• Responsible for shift duty activities as shift in charge
• Production reliability , conducting safety induction classes , equipment reliability seminars for workmen
• Spare equipment functioning for section critical equipment’s
• Documentation preparation for Sectional Equipment’s such history records, breakdown reports, power consumption reports…etc.
• Electrical Safety systems implementation (safety systems for electrical works, height works, confined space work… etc.)
• ABB,SIEMENS LT VFD maintenance work and problems troubleshooting work

• Supervision and erection of Electrical equipment’s.
• Trouble shooting of system.
• Work force maintenance & Manpower allocation
• Spares and stores functions.
• Preventive & Shutdown maintenance scheduling.
