I am trained in handling learners with special needs specifically learners with hearing impairment. I am efficient in sign language communication and also believes in the UDL( universal design of learning ) philosophy of teaching and inclusive practices. I take pleasure in employing teaching strategies that cater for the diverse educational needs of my learners and I particularly enjoy using learner-centered approaches in my teaching.
