• Structured the US$ 5.5 million medium-term debt for the construction of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Pobiman Sports Academy Project.

• Managed infrastructure advisory engagements across the Deloitte West Africa firm and participated in several other engagements across the Africa firm.
• Led financial due diligence on Sahel Sahara Bank and OmniBank Ghana Limited as part of the merger of the two banks in Ghana. Advised Sahel Sahara Bank on various issues relating to the allocation of shares in the new entity.
• Led feasibility studies and designing of financing structure for a US$ 37 million Kaneshie Market Redevelopment Project.
• Part of the team that undertook financial due diligence on the New Crystal Healthcare Group as a pre-requirement for private equity investments by I&P and IFC.
• Operational strategy review of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited.

• Member of a team from the Joint Book Runners composed of SAS, Barclays and Stanbic Bank that advised the Government of Ghana on the Adinkra bond programme. The syndicate raised in excess of US$7 billion.
• Led a team of 21 persons covering debt and equity capital markets, fixed-income trading and investment research.
• Part of the team that advised the Government of Ghana on its highly successful debut of 15 and 7-year Government of Ghana domestic bonds worth US$2.25 billion in the first quarter of 2017.
• Structured a revolving overnight funding structure for secondary market fixed-income trades with two banks worth US$20 million and supervised growth of the firm's fixed-income brokerage, currently trading more than GHS 5 billion (US$ 1 billion) annually.

• Won the Country Managing Director’s Special Award for Innovation at the 2016 Awards.
• Led the design of a service quality assessment framework for assessing turnaround times across the Bank and provided leadership and direction to the team.
• Designed gathering and analysis platform for analysing customer feedback, turnaround time vis-à-vis service level agreements, error rates, and performance of retail banking channels.
• Report the performance of all cost Centres to Executive Management quarterly.
• Led testing of internal controls during monthly spot checks and made relevant recommendations for updates or enhancements based on operational risks.

• Provided leadership for the OPR/BPR team that carries out quarterly operational performance reviews of all cost centres of the Bank.
• Successfully led the design and development of a service quality monitoring and evaluation model and led the team to carry out quarterly bank-wide customer evaluation exercises.
• Reported performance reports to EXCO and recommended strategies to improve service delivery across the bank.
