My name is Sarah Benedicta Kyeraa. I am a Ghanaian female aged 37years who has worked in the Ghanaian media industry for over a decade with some number of awards in different categories. With a versatile professionalism all these years as broadcast journalist, I have served in most fields in the media profession such as news production, live and recorded interviews, reporting, news anchoring, current affairs programs both on television and radio. Apart from a Master's Degree in Development Communication, Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Public Relations option) I acquired from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, Accra; I also hold a diploma in Journalism and Media Studies from the College of Media Studies, Kumasi, and another diploma of Journalism from the Kumasi branch of the Institute of Commercial Management, UK. Few years in the United Kingdom, I have acquired Executive Diploma of Nursing and Patient Care Assisting certificate from the International Career Institute, UK and another Level 7 Diploma in Office Administration and Reception Skills from Inspire London College. Having completed the degree course, I performed the mandatory one year National Service, with The Multimedia Group Ltd in Accra from October, 2019, to August, 2020. Two years in the United Kingdom, I have also obtained certificates in TRAIN THE TRAINER, RECORDS KEEPING, RISK ASSESSMENT, ASSESSING NEEDS, DIVERSITY, EQUALITY AND INCLUSION, COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY, ACTIVITIES & EXERCISE, all from the Social Care TV Online Training. I currently work with Passion 4 Care, a Domiciliary Care Company in Birmingham as a Team Leader and Assistant Care Coordinator. Prior to this, I have worked with Next, a well known UK designer clothes company as a warehouse Operative and SMS PLC Hoyland, a big UK Energy Supplier, as a warehouse Operative. Currently, I am a member of Institute of Public Relations, an accredited PR institution in Ghana and with all the above experiences, I am still ready to take up another professional field challenge, where I would contribute positively to impact and also acquire knowledge and skill to the development of the organization or the company that would value my services.
