• Build out and develop the Africa B2B business
• Execution and confirmation of FX trades on behalf of Zepz

• Prepare and furnish Head, CMD with a summary report of facilities advanced weekly

• Respond to customers’ queries by carrying out necessary investigations to resolve them within 24 hours and escalating complicated issues only
• Provide support to Consumer Collection Department in their portfolio quality review, validation of customer balances and validation of loans status classification
• Book and disburse loan facilities and also effect manual loan repayments on loan contracts
