Pantang Hospital

  • Established an employee data system (Nominal Roll)
  • Introduced staff identification card


Greater Accra Regional Hospital

  • Instituted in-house salary validation exercise in March 2018 as a measure to curb the menace of unearned salaries
  • Established three (3) units under the Human Resource Department to cater for the need of the hospital: Employee records units, salary (IPPD) unit and an institutional Learning and Development unit
  • Introduced a creche in collaboration with the Nursing department to cater for the needs of staff with newborn babies


Regional Duties

  • President of the Association of human Resource Management Practitioners in Health, Ghana – Greater Accra Chapter (AHRMPG-GAR). Under my stewardship, the association has an official Bank Account
  • Instituted monthly HR online workshops to discuss HR policies and matters arising
