
I am a highly motivated and dedicated B.Sc. Nutrition and Food Science graduate from the University of Ghana, graduating with First Class Honours. I bring a strong academic foundation and practical experience in nutritional assessment, food product development, and food microbiology and safety. My skills include food laboratory analysis, quality assurance, and the application of nutritional science in public health settings. Through my undergraduate studies, internship and ongoing national service, I have developed excellent communication, teaching, and research skills. I am passionate about applying evidence-based nutrition strategies to improve food security and advance public health outcomes, particularly in vulnerable communities.
