  • Commercial & Procurement Leadership: Lead procurement of long-lead items, negotiate OEM warranties, manage manufacturer qualifications such as Tier-1 status, BNEF listing, ISO 9001/14001/45001, IEC/ISO lab certifications, oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for all major equipment with client witness, enforce Project Quality Plan (PQP) per ISO 9001:2015, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) & Social Compliance: Implement Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) covering erosion, dust, noise, waste, and hazardous materials, enforce Code of Conduct for Contractor’s Personnel including gender targets and anti-SEAH measures, conduct regular HSE audits and incident investigations (root cause analysis within 72 hours), and report monthly HSE performance to Employer and EPA.
