  • Full oversight and accountability for developing, implementing, and managing 2 cocoa agroforestry projects. Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, donor regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  • Develop multi-year project budgets, monitor expenditure against approved work plans and analyze burn rates to improve resource use efficiency.
  • Develop quarterly and annual narrative and financial reports and ensure timely submission to project partners. Analyze project data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate multi-stakeholder platform meetings during periodic implementation to collect feedback on implementation and improve overall project outcomes.
  • Mentor and provide technical and operational support to field officers to deliver high quality results within scope of projects and on schedule.
