• Plan, Budget and execute field Monitoring and inspections of all petroleum retail outlets in assigned operational zone to maintain the integrity and quality of petroleum products marketed and sold to the general public.

• Ensure that all petroleum retail outlets and bulk storage sites are compliant with all the safety protocols and standard operating procedures of the National Petroleum Authority.

• Accurately and timely report all field test results and status of safety adherence to the regional manager after completion of all field monitoring activities.

• Regularly monitor the marking operations of the fuel marking contractor to ensure the integrity of the marking process. Monitor stock and consumables at Bulk storage sites and all points of loading.

• Maintain an up-to-date database on all retail outlets and points of

consumption within the operational zone.

• Investigate and report all consumer complaints within the operational zone.

• Summarized end of well reports into a data sheet to keep drilling and completions data base up to

date.
