- Together with a colleague, we developed a Diploma Program (Diploma In Geographic Information System) at the Tamale Technical University and implemented which has run for 3 years now and still in progress with over 100 students so far graduating successfully.
- I have trained over 100 Officers of Local Government Service under the Secondary Cities Project with support from world bank in Geographic Information System for the past 3 years.
- Currently, am the Coordinator for the Tamale Urban Resiliant Project funded by the African Development Bank with much focus on urban resilience and flood management in the Metropolis.
- As the head of Physical Planning in the metropolis, i have increased the IGF of my Department by over 300% in just two years.
