• Instrumental in running the dialysis unit at Effia-Nkwanta Regional Hospital.
• Aided in setting up the newly commissioned Intensive Care Unit at Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital.
• Created highly effective strategies in conjunction with nurse in-charge to significantly improve efficiency in the diagnosis of diabetes and HIV.
• Currently serving as one of the only 2 coordinators /facilitators in the Western Region for a research being organized and sponsored by Innovation for Poverty Action(IPA) in Ghana.
• Currently appointed as the chairman and only medical doctor on the vetting committee created for assessment of all health insurance claims for the hospital.
• Tutored up to 13 students from University of Cape-Coast Medical School per month on emergency and other medical topics.
