- National Service PersonI learned a lot about customer service and administrative tasks while performing my national service at the SSNIT Office
- One of my main duties was to register new clients, and I made sure they understood the procedure by helping them set up and maintain their social security accounts
- This included entering data, confirming personal information, and making sure that all required paperwork was correctly entered into the system
- Additionally, I was instrumental in the validation process, helping to authenticate and update customer details
- To make sure that all of the information was correct and up to date, this needed painstaking attention to detail and a solid grasp of the SSNIT database system
- I also assisted the office with a variety of administrative duties, such as answering phone calls from customers and offering general support to SSNIT employees, in addition to these responsibilities
- I have a solid grasp of customer service, good organizational abilities, and the capacity to function well in a team-oriented setting thanks to my experience at SSNIT.
