• First Atlantic Internet Banking Application, I worked as the lead project manager to deliver an entirely new web internet banking application for FAB, coordinated end-user test and roll-out of the application to FAB customers.
• ACL reconciliation tool Reconciliation, I worked as the project manager to develop an automation tool that does reconciliation between GL files from core banking against settlement files from FAB merchants.
• Web Acquiring Platform for Merchants to receive online Payment, I worked as the project manager to develop an online payment platform for online shops and hotels to receive payments from their customers through mobile money and card payment.
• Upgrade of Bank wide ATM from windows 7 operating system to Windows 10, I planned and managed the implementation of Windows 10 upgrade with our card scheme (Network International) on the entire FAB ATM estate.
• Manager of the First Atlantic Mobile Banking Application, I worked as the project manager on the FAB mobile application, I coordinated the frequent updates on both frontend and backend of the application, planned routine feature release etc.
• Ghana Link Card Acquiring on First Atlantic Bank ATMs, I worked as the Project manager to enable the Gh link card acquiring on the entire FAB estate.
• Direct Debit portal for premium collections for Insurance companies, I coordinated the implementation of a portal to aid insurance customers pass premium debit request on the customers banking with FAB.
• Retrofitting of the Bank’s Oracle CRM Application, I coordinated the implementation of a sales module for creation of sales pipelines for marketers and a service module to receive customers complaints for swift issue resolutions.
• Vodafone Cash in-Cash Out Integration with FAB Bank, I worked as the lead project manager to integrate FAB api to Vodafone to enable FAB customers who are Vodafone users to perform wallet to Bank and bank to wallet transactions on Vodafone USSD mobile mode code.
• Redesign of the Calbank Intranet, I worked as the lead project manger to rebrand and redesign the Calbank Intranet to a more user-friendly interface
• I worked as the project lead to integrate Wakanow flight service onto mobile and Internet banking appication
