As a pioneering academic and accomplished leader in project management, I bring over two decades of post-graduate experience to the table. My journey, from being the first in Africa to earn a Doctorate in Project Management from RMIT University to my extensive tenure at GIMPA, has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence. I've led transformative projects, chaired accreditation boards, and contributed extensively to both academia and industry. With a passion for teaching, a knack for strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering results, I am poised to drive forward initiatives and elevate standards as a leader in academia.
I deliver engaging and informative lectures, facilitate discussions, and assess student performance in related courses. Additionally, I provide academic support and mentorship to students, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in scholarly research activities.
Oversaw the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and specialized projects within the Jospong Group of Companies.
Led the strategic direction and operational management of the firm specializing in environmental and sanitation solutions across Africa.
Assumed a leadership role in academic instruction, contributed to curriculum development, engaged in scholarly research, and played a pivotal role in the academic governance and management of the institution.
Led the executive management and overall operations of the waste management facility in Accra. recycling of waste materials.
Provided expert guidance and strategic direction in economic and financial matters.
Collaborated with faculty and administration to enhance academic programs, improve institutional processes, and address organizational challenges.
Oversaw the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure academic excellence and institutional effectiveness.
Oversaw the planning, execution, and monitoring of building infrastructure, renovations, and facility upgrades.
