• In my short periods at Mission Clinic Kokomlemle, Gokals, and Chase Opticals between 1998 and 2015, I increased client numbers in multiple folds culminating in revenue increment of over 300% in each of these centres.
• I saved about 40% allocations for procurement through streamlined processes taken out middlemen activities in our purchases at Mission Clinic, Dubaafy, Gokals and Chase Opticals respectively when I took over those centres.
• I drove up sales revenues and cut down on expenditure significantly when I took over the management of St. Thomas Eye Hospital Community Eye Care Program between 2018 and 2022.
• I influenced the reforms in the St. Thomas Community Eye Care Program in collaboration with Unite for Sight in Ghana to the satisfaction of all partners.
• I also participated in the reforms to support patients from poor background to be supported with free transportation to or from the hospital for surgery, and two free medications after surgery.
• I was the key person in the stabilization drive of the Chase Opticals Kaneshie branch.
• I took over the Centre when it was three months old with clients' base of less than Hundred, and was able to grow it from less than hundred clients to over 2,000 clients in 3 years before it was consolidated into Saint Thomas Eye Hospital.
• I brought professional touch to the operations of Gokals, La Fe Eye Care, Chase Opticals.
• I introduced the computer record-keeping on all patients in the year 2003.
• I maintained energy and enthusiasm in fast-paced environment to the Community Eye Care Program for St. Thomas Eye Hospital in partnership with Unite for Sight in Ghana - extended our scope of the areas being covered.
• I included introduction of follow-up and feedback on services by compiling the list of clients for the particular month in a separate spreadsheet for easy monitoring.
• I designed patients' record cards which hither-to was not available.
• I have participated in the organization of a successful blood donation program for Ridge Hospital in A.M.E. Zion Church, Accra North District.
• I have also coordinated several free medical screening exercises for churches in the Accra North District.
• I was the local director of Health for almost a decade in Bishop Alleyne Society of the A.M.E. Zion Church.
• I supervised the opening of the Kasoa and Takoradi branches of Delcielo Optical Services Centre. And helped in stabilizing branches outside Accra.
• Offered administrative services for the entire eye clinic on behalf of the Managing Director who was an absentee executive at Mission Clinic.
