President of National Service Personnel Tema Metro 2021, The National Service Scheme is an organization where freshly graduated students are posted to various companies, both government and private, to serve the nation for a year. I was privileged to be elected as the President of this organization in 2021 to represent personnel. During this time, I served well by organizing various training programs that equipped service personnel for the job market and the future, including:- Career development workshops, Leadership and management training, Technical skills training sessions, Financial literacy seminars, Entrepreneurship and business development courses, Networking events with industry professionals These programs helped prepare the service personnel for successful careers and personal growth., Welfare Chairman of the year 2020, As the Welfare Chairman of Casely Hayford Hall in the 2019/2020 academic year, my responsibilities included:- Ensuring the well-being of all students in the hall., Organizing health and wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle., Addressing any welfare concerns or issues raised by students and finding solutions., Coordinating with the hall administration to improve living conditions and facilities., Providing support and resources for students facing personal or academic challenges., Facilitating workshops and seminars on mental health, stress management, and other relevant topics., Creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all hall residents., Managing welfare funds and ensuring they are used effectively to benefit the students.
