Ms Priscilla's dream was to become an architect, because loves design, she still does. Discouraged by her father, she was advised to go to Pharmacy school instead. Truthfully then, she didn't know who a pharmacist was!
In 2008, Priscilla joined Sanofi Aventis as a medical representative where she steadily moved into management. Her 6 years at Sanofi were highlighted with her role in making impact in Access to Antimalarial medication when Sanofi partnered with with Global fund. She led efforts through strong collaboration with industry bodies to enhance access to Sanofi's medication through the NHIA. She served as local head to the CEO roundtable with other leads of multinational companies in partnership with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to improve access to treatment of non-communicable diseases.
Miss Priscilla then transitioned into Johnson & Johnson in 2014 where she was privileged to set up the legal entity and build the team and developed the business from there. She spearheaded converstations on Mental Health, Access to Prostate Cancer treatment and De-worming campaigns amongst school-going kids, in partnership with Mental Health Authority, IQVIA and Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana respectively. She always empowered with her teams and took them along the journey. The first ever patient support program for prostate cancer patients, HOPE ACCELERATED, was successful through her tenacity and collaboration.
Today Priscilla is making strides and developing new markets for Align Technology, an American medical device company which is leading innovation in digital dentistry. She leads the business in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Priscilla's value to the industry is seen in the number of innovative and alternative access programs she initiated and in the teams she has developed and mentored over the years in the industry. Her dedication to raising other women to even soar above her is admirable. She is a driving force in innovation and market development.
