• Dissemination of Government policies, programs and it associated activities to the public.
• Handling of Right To Information issues with regards to Accessing of Information and any other RTI activities at the district level
• Assisting the District Information Officer to execute works relating the district assembly.
• Management of Official Publication Website of the district assembly

• Development, review, adoption of standards related to chemistry and writing minutes of Technical Committee meetings .
• Obtain information through intensive research, working in collaboration with GSA laboratory and other laboratories for collection of data for the preparation of working drafts all the way to certification .
• Responsible for organizing sub and technical committee meetings to discuss and gain approval for the working drafts .
• Help in the promotion of standards through workshops and training programmes

• Monitoring and Collection of data from the plant for analysis and Reporting of plant issue to the appropriate channels

• Working in hand in hand with the quality control department to evaluate the data collections to determine the well-being of the plant itself, raw materials, and the semi-products.

All these were assigned to me during my staying at the department of monitoring and evaluation

• Monitoring and determine the quantity of dust suspended in air during and after operation
• Working in hand in hand with other staffs in the maintenance of effluent water treatment plant
• Monitoring and Collection of data from the plant for analysis
• Reporting of plant issue to the appropriate channels.
• Ensuring safety protocols of workers within and outside the plant.

All these were assigned to me during my staying at the department of Environment
