  • Using approved management methodology, manage and monitor the capabilities of core systems to the standard of Business as Usual (BAU) – includes banking system, and all business critical applications such as SWIFT, EMS,ATM & POS etc
  • Follow approved escalation procedure and ensure approved change management processes are followed with efficient participation in the final approval of the go live functionality of any new module
  • Own all Pre and post batch processing aspects of production management for the following applications: Flexcube Corporate (FCC), Flexcube Retail (Flexbranch), SWIFT, RTGS, OMNI
  • End to End Handing of Flexcube EOD(POST EOD) application production issues from ticket assignment including Issues analysis, Code fix, SIT Testing, UAT Test planning (Scope, duration), UAT support for user, Source promotion to production
  • AML Support during End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-day (BOD) batch operations including AML file generation and files delivery etc
  • Business Object Support during End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-day (BOD) batch operations including generating of Affiliate BO reports, troubleshooting issues relating to BO report generation, working end to end with affiliate Fincon to ensure all reports are accurate for each day, work closely with BO owners to correct issue of wrong reports etc
  • SWIFT Support during End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-day (BOD) batch operations including generating of all Affiliate MTXXX messages, troubleshooting issues relating to swift message generation, work closely with SWIFT owners in enhancement and corrections etc
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure and Database support teams to ensure that core-banking environment is fully secured and optimized for high performance and production backups secured during Batch processing
  • Ensure prompt system take over from affiliate IT and Operations Team through appropriate and approved procedures to prepare systems adequately for Batch processing activities
  • EOD, EOM, EOY Support Analyst, ensure all batches pertaining to FLEXCUBE and OMNI EODs are processed effectively with the appropriate techniques, also ensure the full use of CONTROL M in delivering targets, Troubleshoot and resolve effectively exceptions that come up during End of Cycle execution
  • Providing 24 x 7 production support coverage on a rotating basis with primary hours being Mon–Fri 5:30 AM -10:00 PM GMT (Weekends required on a rotational basis)
  • Coordinate with global support team for any issues that may require escalation to Flexcube Global Support (OFSS)
  • Testing and deployment of the software fixes and minor/major releases received from Oracle Support team within given authority in the aim of improving system to make batch processing seamless
  • Participate in the business analysis team/s during requirements analysis and GAP study for implementation of ORACLE FLEXCUBE upgrade for the Group
