Worked at various levels of Ghana’s health sector . Served as a Clinical Preceptor to Pentecost University College on its Physician Assistantship Program where students are taught various aspect of healthcare delivery system and quality improvement. Worked to provide a lot of services in the area of women health improvement i.e. Provision of maternity care, mental health, occupational health services and reproductive health issues to women and adolescents. Involved in drawing triaging protocols to be used in the assessment of Obstetrics emergencies at Pentecost hospital and other public health facilities as part of efforts in improving timely provision of care to women. Involved in the training of healthcare professionals across the country such as House Officers and Midwives in women health as well as ensuring quality knowledge and skill is passed unto the next generation of clinicians. Worked as a coordinator and part of the CHAG/MOH group to Korea to be trained on measures to improve maternal and child health which was organized by KOICA (Korea International Corporation Agency). Skillful in communications, report writing, research design and conduct, organizational development, health services planning and goal oriented. Hold certificates on short courses/seminars on hospital management and governance.
