• Developed the Ghana Corporate Governance Scorecard (GCGS) aimed at improving patient safety, client satisfaction, and participation of clients and the community in quality governance structures at all levels.
• Institutionalized a general cleaning exercise at the Head Office of the Pharmacy Council on the first Saturday of every month to ensure a clean and hygienic working environment.
