- Support global maintenance activities in close cooperation with divisional focal points, regions offices and main office.
- Responsible for CMMS computerized maintenance management system establishment activities, improvement and monitor the maintenance activities throughout global fleet.

- Ensure all assets within Seadrill Shared Capital Equipment are maintained and preserved ready for safe operation, efficiently and economically within company procedures and regulations applicable to the asset and its geographical location storage and probable operation.
- Preparation of annual equipment budgets, justification for the strategic purchase documents.
- Prepare training materials and conduct the training to office/field team.
- Assist equipment preparation and logistic support to regions.
- Manage all certification and document for equipment and maintenance on Document management system.
- Support worldwide operation preparation department and implementing new maintenance schedule, equipment structure for new/existing units.
- Monitor units and regions KPI and maintenance performance.
- Implement required changes for cold/warm stacked units and activation processes for stacked units.

- RAMP IBM Maximo7.6 Project, from London, UK and Houston, TX - (Nov.2016 - Oct.2018):
Change Asset management system from IFS 7.5 to Maximo 7.6 using IBM blueworks to Map the company business process and IBM Rational for user stories and test script to cover all applications related to assets, maintenance, work orders, parts and budget, implement new data for all units.
- IFS 7.5 Project, Dubai, UAE - (Feb. 2015 - Jan. 2016):
Change Asset management system for from Star IPS to IFS 7.5 for Middle East units data.
- Standardization Project, Dubai, UAE - (Dec. 2016 - Dec. 2017):
Review maintenance routine based on equipment model and Implement the equipment maintenance on applicable units.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- (Hands-On work) schedule Service, Repair and Overhaul for:
• Generator Engines and like [CATERPILLAR and GM DETROIT DIESEL].
• Rig Equipment like [Top drive, Kelly, Iron Roughneck, Swivel, Drawworks, Mud Pumps, Mechanized Catwalk, Hydraulic systems, HPU hydraulic power unit, Ezy torque, Centrifugal pumps, wilden pumps, Air winches, Man riding, Bop, Bop control unit, air compressors, purifier and Mud Agitators].
• Accommodation Equipment [personal elevators, HVAC system, piping system, sewage system, air handling units, cooling system, emergency equipment, water pumps and boilers, fire fighting system, emergency generator, and fluid tanks].
• Cranes and Equipment like [Forklifts, TEREX Cranes – Lorain, KENWORTH and MACK] and Carriers like [NATIONAL OILWELL].
- Prepare spare parts, tools and special tools Requisitions and check stock level by SAP system.
- Maintain Company Service and HSE standards.
- Prepare weekly Schedule maintenance reports & oil samples.
- Offshore & Onshore Move procedures and jobs.
- Prepare Daily report, weekly safety meeting sheet, and monthly hand over.
