- Reviewing financial data and trends to provide insights for informed decision-making and budget adjustments.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger transactions and documentations.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audit processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Establish and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP as well as local standards.

- Preparing timely monthly financial reports for global finance and other donor required reports.

- Coordinate periodic requests of funds in compliance with THP Cash Management guidelines and monitor cashflow and liquidity needs for efficient operations of projects.
- Ensuring compliance and timely submission of tax filing and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with partner countries on donor specific financial reports and requirements.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by Country Director from time to time.
